Hi everyone, I recently moved to the Seattle area and somehow decided my new hobby would be brewing beer. I started with a Mr. Beer kit and brewed four batches (of decent beer) before upgrading to a 5 gallon setup. All in all I've probably only been brewing for 3 or 4 months but I love it! My most recent brew is a clone of Mac & Jacks Amber, a micro brew only sold in bars and restaurants in the PacNW. Next up will be a Sierra Nevada clone. If anyone has a good recipe for this, please let me know. I haven't graduated to all-grain brewing yet, but I really enjoy the grain+extract process so far. Looking forward to learning lots via this community!
