I'm on the fence on how I want to approach my new system. I've been doing 10 and 5 gallon batches, which I had two different setups for. The major draw of my new system is that it's going to be a single vessel system. I'd like to do 5 gallon batches, with the option of doing an occasional 10 gallon batch of house beers to keep on hand. Does anyone own, or have any inut on this 20.5 gallon pot/basket? http://www.amazon.com/Bayou-Classic-Stainless-Stockpot-Basket/dp/B000FTYKGQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1365253749&sr=8-2&keywords=bayou+classic+82+qt.

I had previously settled on the 25.5 gallon pot/basket, but figure it's going to be huge for 5 gallon batches. Any input on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
