we are planning to run a beergarden here next May (that is 2014) in Beijing and want to offer also our own made beer. We will buy equipment such as Braumeister 200l and some fermenting tanks here in China. I am an absolute newbie for beer brewing and I appreciate any suggestions esp. for equipment purchase in China.
