Just made FIRST recipe.. Would like, uh, feedback??

I feel initially hesitant to tell you what I was going for other than obviously being an IPA because I feel that might bias the response? But I would love any feedback or initial responses you might have.

I calculated the Partial Mash version using equations from "Designing Great Beers" - pretty much my main resource for developing this.

Anyway without further ado:

ALL GRAIN:
Malt
9 lbs. Pale
3.5 lbs. Crystal 15L
1 lb. Chocolate

Hops
1.25 oz. Northern Brewer @ 60 min.
2 oz. Crystal in 1/4 oz. additions at 20, 15, 10 and 5 min.
1 oz. Cascade @ 0 min.

5.2 pH mash @ 149*F for 60 min. Pitch

Partial Mash:
6.6 Lbs. Pale LME
2 lbs. Crystal
3/4 lb. Chocolate

Hops
1 oz. Northern Brewer
2 oz. Crystal
1 oz. Cascade

Looks good. I have never used crystal hops before have you? Only thing I would change is the chocolate malt. Its quite a lot. Look at tasty mcdoles Janet's brown. I would prob cut the cchocolate by 2/3s. Oh and dry hop with an ounce or two of cascade
