I have been doing some experimental beers recently. I just did a Marris Otter Tettnager smash will a low mash temp. turned out pretty well, crisp with a low biscuity flavor that doesn't over take the hops kick. I found I am not the biggest fan of tettanager by itself but that I might be able to use it to experiment with my Golden strong recipe. So my questions to the HBT nation is this. what are your favorite two hops combinations. I am looking for a combo of spice and citrus but hell I plan on brewing for years so I may add try any suggestion here at some point. So I will start it off.
