Hello I was wondering if It was possible to build/modify A pump to be used for brewing Such.as one of those pool pumps for the pool that have the air tube on top I have a extra one is there any way to use it for tranfering wart

Pool pumps are generally not made from food safe materials. Also, they're not really intended to be pumping liquids as hot as we have them during brewing.
