Orange Blossom Mead

Wow...just had my first bottle of a traditional made from Orange Blossom honey. It was outstanding! I'm gonna have to make some of this myself. Anyone every try a Bochet with this stuff? I would love to make my first Traditional and Bochet at the same time. Any thoughts? Links? Feeling to good right now to take the time to search myself.

The best price on the honey I've found is on Amazon...15.99 for 5 lbs..not bad.

I honestly don't have a clue what varietal my honeys have been. Or even if they have been any specific varietal. But I have two bochets bubbling away at the moment and I highly recommend trying that out. After tasting what you can do with cooked honey I'm not sure I'll ever make a mead without it again.
