Just landed the closest thing to my dream home that I'll ever come across, and what do you know... It has a spacious mechanical room perfect for me to sneak a little brewery into!! (This is when we all should be firing our pistols into the sky!!)
Not going to inform the wife, just gonna let her realize it's happening!
I think I'll start with a system made out of spent 15 gallon kegs. I'll tie a hood into the existing flue system. Water supply will be hardlined. Got a spare/ man- kitchen right next to that room for beer service. Still researching RMS, HRMS, etc. I doubt there will be any electronic controls at the beginning, for money purposes.

I'll be a regular here with pics of the developing facility, and likely a slough of questions about technology and chemistry.
