hey everybody just wanted to say hi ive been a member for a couple weeks, but this is my first post! kinda new to the home brewing but im on my fourth brew day as of tomorrow.so far ive made 2 pale ales with extract and partial grain, 1 ipa and 1 imperial black ipa all grain with the ten gallon "gaorade" coolers! the ipa is in secondary and the black ipa is in a five gallon bucket all grinded up and waiting a mash. The first two ales didnt last but 2 or 3 days in the keg ! o ya and for the black ipa im doing tommorow i saved and washed some yeast from the ipa ,wy east american ale 2 and have it in a starter thats bubbling like crazy. oh and i force carbonate every thing at 30 psi for a day and a half then start drinking on them, i think thats about it ! thanks home brew talk
