After a five year hiatus, I am back to home brewing. Had to scrub and disinfect my mash tun, dust off my kettles, fermenters and my brain.
Two new batches: Jack D. Frost porter (made with fresh snow, and aging on Jack Daniels oak barrel chips) and a light American Ale.
Feels good to be back.
