Hi,
In the fall I when to an orchard and bought 8 gallon of pressed apple juice, looked up a recipe for apple pie hard cider. went thru 1 racking and this Sunday it's time to rack and bottle. Can someone tell me how i can bottle and try to get it close to "woodchuck"? I saved woodchuck bottles, how should i carbonate and what amount to achieve somewhat the same.
Thank You,
John

Woodchuck (to me) is a sweet cider. You won't be able to achieve that sweet flavor without stove top pasteurizing the bottles to kill the yeast. What are your current gravity readings for this batch?
