Mash Out Heat to 168.0 F over 7 min 168.0 F 10 min
Sparge: Remove grains, and prepare to boil wort
This was made as a "sessionable" IPA, somewhat similar to Hops and Robbers. Something with some hops but you can still drink it all night. With the lighter grain bill there was still some malt backbone that came through. This was a beer that disappeared very quickly and will be one that is frequently on tap.
This was the first batch I fermented in my conical and when I got the conical my dog (chocolate lab) wouldn't leave it alone so there was dog hair everywhere, I guess he likes stainless too.
