I came up with this sauce a while ago, and have only made it once. It turned out pretty good for being a first try. Improvements definitely could be made, but I thought I'd release it to the hbt community to have a go at it. It's definitely a sweeter sauce and everyone who tried it loved it. Here goes:

Peacho-Santo BBQ Sauce

1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey (I used orange blossom, I'm sure any variety will do)
1/4 cup heavy apple cider vinegar
scant teaspoon dry rub
teaspoon dijon mustard
1/3 cup pureed peaches (I let the peaches set in their juices and a bit of Dogfish Head Palo Santo brown, cinnamon, and clove overnight. Then I took out spices and pureed the fruit.)
1/3 cup Dogfish Head Palo Santo brown ale

I combined all ingredients except for pureed peaches and brought to a boil and simmered on low for about 10 minutes or so. I then added the peaches and kept it going a few more minutes. Very good stuff.
