Hello everyone,

I want to get a plate chiller, but I brew indoors in NYC and don't have a garden hose handy. I thought about hooking up the water to the sink faucet, but I am not convinced I can pull that off yet. Is there a way to run a plate chiller without a garden hose? Has anyone done it?

Thanks for the help

I live in a small apartment and run my cfc with a hose. Go to lowes or Home Depot and pick up a garden hose sink adapter for ~4$ and you're golden.

Exactly what he said. It'll work, trust us. Plus you can put your chiller in a sink full of ice and it'll help it cool faster.
