How would I modify this temp gauge? Pics

Hello,

Has anyone modified a temp gauge like this one? I'm trying to get my freezer above freezing temps and this thing looks like a sealed unit.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Peel off that foil sticker. I bet there's a hole under it with the adjustment screw you're looking for...
