Peach Pear Sparkling Water Recipe Ideas?

If I wanted to make a peach pear sparkling water like LaCroix or similar brands. Any suggestions on how to get the peach and pear flavor the best way? It doesn't seem as simple as simple lemon and lime since you can buy their juices in bottles. Thanks in advance.

Can you buy peach juice and pear juice or are you talking about using fresh fruit?

I know they have those frozen cans of Welch's and I've seen peach and other flavors, but I'm not sure about pear. I've seen pear juice but I can't remember the brands.

That is a concentrate rather than straight juice you're talking about, right?
