Fermentation Chamber Build Questions

On top of building my brew rig:

I am going to build 4 glycol chilled conicals, but I need somewhere to carb the beer. I have around 4 empty 15 gal Kegs and some 5 gal. What do I make to store these cold? A large fermentation chamber? I dont want to have a huge electricity bill either.

Yeah 4 kegs is a lot of space and you don't want to do something like a couple of chest freezers because getting them in and out would be a bear. Walk in cooler would be the best, so perhaps somewhere between a walk in cooler and ferm chamber that uses a modded AC unit to keep it cold. Just my thought off the top of my head.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. Something that i can line against my garage wall. Do those little wall AC units get temps down to lager temps?
