Does anyone have a recipe for this amazing brew?
I am also looking to brew this, I found a 6 pack in Delaware 6 months ago and I have wanted to clone this for a long time. I have a centennial blonde fermenting right now and once it is done I am going to use the Nottingham yeast for my attempt at Big Wave.
This is the recipe that I am currently considering:
