Thought I'd share this project I worked on last month, I wanted to serve a few homebrews at my fiancée's bridal shower but needed a more elegant solution than sticking them in a bin of ice. Buddy and I came up with the idea of these crates, haven't seen similar so figured I'd share. The insulation is pretty impressive, just opted for 1" rigid insulation, and it was enough to keep the kegs cold for two days. The cladding is utility board, was going for a rustic look and was originally going to use pallet wood, but this was easier than breaking them down. Was originally planning on building something more bar like, but I like the modular aspect of this.
