Hey guys. My name is Evan and I'm from Orange County.
This is my formal introduction that I'm deciding to give now, after a year and a half or so of lurking. I'm doing so because I am finally needing to ask a question on another one of the forums! After about a year of doing partial mash batches and about 6 months of doing all grain batches, I haven't had any completely failed batches, so I've never had too much reason to ask my own questions.
Anyway, I'm a big fan of experimental ales, particularly of the Belgian or hoppy variety. I've had success for the most part thus far, so I've been happy and gotten positive feedback.
