Odd personal sanitation practices?

Or maybe myths, what have you. For instance, I santized the aluminum foil to cover me rhhydratiang yeast. But yet, don't sanitze the siscors that open the yeast packet.

I clean everything with B-brite and then Star San Everything. Both before and after I brew. Its probably a little overkill.
