I saw someone's Red Chair NWPA clone recipe and decided to try it. After arriving at the LHBS and chatting with the proprietor we agreed that the recipe was a little off. So on the fly I made a few changes. I deleted the Carared and bumped up the pilsner from the original post since .5 pounds of it seemed pointless. In keeping with the spirit of Counter Insurgency Brewing, I decided to name it Shabak Chair in honor of Shin Bet's (the Israeli secret service) alleged stool used for harsh interrogations.

I just brewed it yesterday, so I don't know what it's going to taste like.

Put it in the keezer a few days ago and haven't been able to stop drinking this since. Balanced, and just plain good. I'm really happy with the results. I'm definitely going to be making this again.
