Hey all, im working on the 5day Sweet Country Cider posted in the recipes forum here on HBT, I am going to cold crash the cider tonight as it is day 5. I was wondering, with a half gallon brew, if it is smart to use campden tabs to clarify, and kill the yeast.... If so how much, I believe I read one tablet is good for a 5gal batch? so should I just cut it down to size for a half gallon batch? any help is greatly appreciated!
