I was a brewer and member of this forum for a number of years before life moved me in another direction. Now I'm back. Currently waiting for UPS to deliver flip-top bottles and a fermenter. Chose a mini-mash kit from the shop I used to buy from, Austin Homebrew. I chose Celis White because it's available around here and I can do a direct comparison with my homebrew. Unfortunately, they are about a 2 hour drive away from where I now live near Canyon Lake so I went the mail order route. We will see how that works out. The distance is the reason I quit brewing in the first place. Okay, time to finish this and go read some forum entries.
