Hi

I have been brewing extract on and off for a little over 10 years. I started brewing all grain stovetop gallon BIAB batches last year, and have been brewing about every other week since. Last week I brewed my first batch on the Anvil Foundry, and did a cold sparge of the malt pipe to make a 1 gallon parti-gyle batch on the stove (O.G. 1.026).

All of this to say I like making beer, drinking beer, and talking about beer.
