Hey everybody,
I am really loving nitro cold brew and have been thinking about making it for my office and serve it from the Jacked Up keg system (https://goo.gl/LCc7bj). However, the question is how to make 1.75 gallons of cold brew coffee in my office. My plan was to use a steeping bag inside of a container, but most people use glass containers when brewing. Given the fact that it will be in a common space with lots of people around and limited equipment, I wanted to know if anybody sees an issue with using something like this (https://goo.gl/VsSfBr) to steep the coffee in and then transfer it to the keg. What kind of adverse effect (if any) will it have on the brew? Thanks so much for all your help!
