Hey all. My name is Larisa and I'm pretty much new to wine making. I made some concord wine from grapes (picked from garden) and just bottled it today. It took 2 years! LOL. It turned really sweet and pretty strong, more like a port wine. This time I'm making plum wine from backyard plums. And I need some help. So if you got some time to spare, please find my questions in the forum.
