New to brew

Hello everyone!
I am currently studying brewing at Otago Polytechnic in New Zealand! We have a few upcoming brewing assessments that I might need some advice on, thought I’d join here!

@bracconiere , I was being sarcastic. We all know there are many ways to skin a cat, or brew beer. The if you don’t brew my way, it’s not beer people crack me up! I’m old and easily amused.
