Now that I am retired, I have time for learning to brew. I did brew a one gallon batch of beer years ago, but lacking effective temperature control, it kinda flopped. Got a mini fridge with an external controller now, so I can control the temp. Gonna brew the first 5 gal tomorrow. Will be doing a recipe kit from Brewer's Best, a pale ale.
