Hi! I'm Brain, I am from Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. I have brewed tons of beers from the extract kits and then stopped for a couple years. The last couple months I started reading on full grain brewing and decided I wanted to get into that. Then I was introduced to partial grains from my local home brew store and figure I would start with that. Along with my first partial brew came the tedious task of bottling and I was reminded why I got out of making beer.
With that came the purchase of my kegging equipment. I now have 2 partial grain brews completed and looking to start my third this weekend.
