Hello everyone!
I'm a homebrewer that lives in Allen, Texas. I've got 2 extract kits under my belt, as well as an interesting cider. I started my 3rd extract kit yesterday!
I think that, as long as this most recent brew goes well, I'm going to step it up to non-kit extract brewing, with some grains thrown in.
I'm pretty meticulous, and I'm fascinated by the science of brewing.
I've been lurking here for a bit, and I've been reading every bit of Homebrew literature I can get my hands on.
I look forward to discussing my brews with everyone here, and eventually, perhaps I'll be able to offer some advice of my own.
