Hi, with the lock down in full swing I am looking to make a (hard) apple cider with the ingredients I have which are mainly apples, sugar and (unfortunately) only bread/baking yeast?
I also do not have all the equipment which is at another site but should have enough.
I want a refreshing cider of 4%+
Any recipes and assistance would be greatly appreciated - thank you.
