A rather bizarre request, but I'm trying to make something and I need an already aged stout for it. The only thing I have readily available are some aged, carbonated stouts, and that won't suit what I'm trying to do.

I am looking for a homebrew stout that is not carbonated but ready for bottling carbing. It should be a regular stout (ie: no peppers, cocoa, p. butter, etc).

I'd prefer if you were in/around/generally close to California to save on shipping woes (we both pay respective shipping costs). You can pack the beer in whatever vessel you want.

Will trade equal quantity of home brew and/or locally sourced brew. Your choice, thanks.
