Sampled a couple too many home brews while brewing and forgot to take out the bag of orange zest and coriander.....it was in the wort until I got the temp down to room temp, so, way beyond the 10 minute steep. It smells like an orange grove! haha. anyone have a similar experience? The outcome should be interesting.

First time I used orange peal, I bought bitter instead of sweet. Used way too much and didn't like the taste of the beer at all. I mean it was VERY tart at first. It mellowed after a month or two and turned into a decent beer. Yours will too I bet.
