this recipe is very easy for a all grain starter id suggest this for anyone who loves a hoppy time! feel free to ask questions

Two questions: what was your mash temp? And for the dry hopping are you leaving them in or taking them out at each dry hop interval?

Just getting into all grain and this looks right up my alley!

Is this the hop-lobster recipe from Springfield Brewing Company or is the name just a coincidence?

coincidence i guess never heard of this before!

I was hoping you had their recipe. I really like that beer, but it's a seasonal. I have been thinking about using amber malt in an IPA, but haven't done it yet. Let us know how it turns out!
