Hello all here.

I would like to mention a kit brew that I rather like.

Mexicam Cerveza with Amarilo hops

I do this with 1 Coopers can of Mexican Cerveza
1Kg dextrose
And 1 teabag of Amilalo Hops

So far I have tried Coopers Mexican Cervesa and been happy with it.

I am about to try the same with....
Morgans Mexican Cerveza
and
Mangrove Jacks Mexican Cerveza
to see if I find the taste to be better.

As it goes: I rather like the Coopers one
Seep the Amarillo hops for 20min and add just before yeast

Have you considered doing 50/50 of the additional KG using dme?

Using 500 grams of pilsen or extra light Dme along with the sugar can get you the nice Adjunct lager lightness while retaining a good strong beer flavour.

One of my quick pipeline beers is their cerveza is that combined with 500g pilsen and sugar, as well as two cans Frozen lime aide. Taste great and you can always add some acid to sour it, change the yeast to change it up a bit.
