Sunday I picked 8 pounds of tart cherries from my parents tree.

Monday I picked 7.5 pounds of mulberries from my buddys tree (and got offered 2 of my own trees if I dig them up!)

I also grabbed the first 4 cucumbers I haven't eaten for my gose

I'm trying to come up with an idea for either of them.

I've done Tart cherry cider and Mead, the cider is good, the Mead is still aging, but it's taking pretty nice.

Does the collective have any suggestions?

If you are willing to experiment with wild yeasts, I would take some mulberries, maybe a pound, throw them in the food processor and add them to 1 gallon of lightly hopped (5-10 IBU’s) wort and put it in a dark corner for a month in a small fermenter. Glass jugs are good, they are easier to clean later if you don’t want whatever you catch to be in the next 1 gallon experiment.

I did this with Muscat Grapes from my yard and it’s amazing. I used about a 50/50 pale malt and wheat wort as the base. You might be able to go darker with mulberries.
