My dad helped me out big time putting this together, and I think we did a pretty great job considering neither of us had ever made one before. We reconditioned (painted) the freezer which was a $50 Craigslist score and built the collar in an afternoon. Did the nice dark stain and a double coat of polyurethane On the inside To help protect the wood from the moisture that collects on the walls. I'm running a 7 lb tank and I can fit two 5 gal cornies and one 3 gal (once I buy one) to hook up to the stout tap. The others are perlick 525s.Also need a nitro/beer gas setup, but I've got a Belgian wit and Denny Conn's bourbon vanilla porter on tap. Delicious!
