Just brewed a modified version of biermunchers centennial blonde. Doubled the Vienna to one pound and added an extra pound of pale malt.
Cashmere is interesting as it is bitter but seemed soft and not a super sharp edge to it when tasting raw wort.
Now to wait two weeks.
