Pear cider thoughts?

I was thinking about making a pear cider in the weeks coming up. I was going to buy some pear juice put into carboy add some kind of apple/pear concentrate add white las English cider yeast. Let sit for about 14 days move into secondary for about another week than bottle. Any ideas on this?

I would probably let it go more than a week in secondary, but if the gravity is terminal and the flavor is where you want it, it sounds like you have a good plan.
