New Zealand Hops Question

Greetings brewmeisters, I am looking to brew a "kiwi" pale ale for my buddies wedding in June. I am pretty familiar with the various hop strains of New Zealand, however I am unsure which hop to use as my bittering/fwh. Any input and tales of previous experiences would be greatly appreciated. I've used Pacific Gems from NZ as a bittering hop and thought it did the job. Its got a high AA %.

Pacific Jade would do the job nicely if you can track some down
