This is BM's Bicentennial Blonde recipe it was in the primary for about 3wk OG 1.050 racked to the carboy at 1.012 (~5.0%abv) after about 8 days in carboy looks like this? Never really had this happen to any other beer!!! Is this an infection? Even after full fermentation?
 
looks like it could be an early contamination. hard to tell at this point.
