hey guys. i'm trying to wing an amber ale with some of the grains and hops i have on hand. need some critique on it. is it even an amber ale? i do have a few other grains laying around to work with too but i came up with this for like a house ale amberish type beer.

gonna mash at like 152f

20 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 1 87.9 %
1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) Grain 2 6.6 %
1 lbs Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain 3 4.4 %
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) Grain 4 1.1 %

1.50 oz Perle [8.90 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 5 23.7 IBUs
2.00 oz Hallertauer [4.80 %] - Boil 10.0 min
