Hello all,

I'm brewing a strong Belgian and started with a 1.078 OG on 05.27.13 and today I'm at 1.010.

I'm moving to clear but my beer looks like this.

Is it infected?
 
Totally normal. Not sure what you mean by "moving to clear but my beer" but I hope that doesn't include dumping into a secondary. Just let that bad boy sit for 3-4 weeks, bottle, 3 weeks at 70 degrees, and enjoy.
 
Looks great. Spray some StarSan on and around the lid and seal that baby back up.
