I'm looking to brew one, maybe two IPAs this weekend. I'm just looking for input on which recipes to try. It's probably been a couple years since I last brewed an IPA, and I didn't much care for it anyways.
Looking for an extract/partial mash recipe. Something well balanced and clean...I don't want a huge hophead type brew, or something with an outrageous ABV...just middle of the road "classic" IPA.
How about some recipes featuring sorachi ace hops? I LOVE those...
I have a few recipes in mind but wanted to hear from the peanut gallery and see what's worked well for everyone. I don't have much time to brew these days, so I try to avoid having a lackluster batch.
