Hi,
I have a can of Cooper's English Bitter and wanted to boil up with some LME and DME using Galena and Falconer's Flight hops that I have on hand. I was considering a 60 minute boil starting with the Galena then adding some FF with 15 minutes left (followed by some dry hop). Are there any other suggestions or is this as good as any? Thanks.

Do not boil the Cooper's can! It'll turn flavor hop profile into bittering, long story short. Use some plain DME in the boil, say 2lbs ina 2.5-3 gallon partial boil for the hop additions. Bitters are traditionally malty beers,so little bittering is used. But flavor hops are used in Extra Special Bitters.
