So my brother in-law asked me to make a Hawaiian fruit beer for my sisters birthday. After doing a little research this is what I came up with:

5 gallon batch
5lbs Germ. Wheat malt
3.5lbs US 2row
3.5lbs Crystal 40L
1oz Noble hops
Hefeweizen Ale Yeats(White Labs #WLP300)
1 to 2 juiced pineapples
1/2 or 1 mangos
Guava and Papaya
OG:1.049

Just wanted to know what you guys think, I've never made of of these before so I'm kinda just flowing with it. I'm afraid the grain bill isn't right... I don't want a super hop presence so I went with a single addition and as for the fruits I wanted the pineapple to be the major flavor and the others for complementing. Thoughts?
