Birthday cash in hand, I am looking to upgrade or purchase more brewing items.

Here is what I have:

Blichmann burner
1/2 barrel Keggle with SS valve and pickup tube
2 - 10 gallon Igloo coolers with valves (one is my HLT and other is Mash Tun)
False Bottom for MT
Keezer with 3 taps (and 5 ball lock cornies)
4 or 5 better bottles
Temperature controller
Immersion Chiller
Chugger Pump
Stir Plate
Hop Spider
Barley Crusher
over 200 lbs of bulk grain
Couple lbs of hops
Vacuum sealer
Refractometer
Numerous bottles

So with all this equipment, I have some cash burning a hole in my pocket.
Taking suggestions on what I should upgrade or purchase next.

I would get another pot with a valve and sight tube and another burner and use that for your HLT. I find it very convenient to heat to the temperature needed for the mash, then the sparge than to heat water then store it in a cooler type HLT.

What I do now is fill my HLT up with water and I have a heating element to bring my sparge water up to temp.

Buy more cornies. They're only going up in price.

Just got these. I think I'm set.

+1 on sight glass for HLT and bk. plus thermometers for all.

Also a thermapen. Best handheld digital thermometer ever, don't know how I err cooked or brewed without one. $99.
