I'm looking for a cheap way to monitor the temps in my freezer turned fermenting chamber. I would like to take temp readings every say 15 minutes to 1 hour to see what the temp is and how my Control Products TC-9102D-HV Dual Stage temp controller is maintain the set temp.
It could be as simple as something writing to a USB drive and then I pull the data off the USB drive or something that is WiFi and can write to a database or text file.
Let me know if you have something like this or let me know if it something that really needs to be watched. I can set thresholds on the controller so that if I want 70 degrees and set the threshold to 2 degrees it will let it get to 72 before it starts cooling and will shutoff at 68.
Thanks
Troy
