I’ve brewed a lot. From craft brewing through the 80’s and 90’s (unfortunately know as CBA - Craft Brewers Association - UK’s attempt at a Home Brew Club) to a microbrewery ( yes I took the plunge in 2010) and I have never kegged ale before. After selling the micro last year I have resumed personal brewing and taken great pleasure in brewing solely for myself. I started with a hoppy IPA with tons of dry hop, and kegged using Larry’s instructions, the results were unbelievable, this for me was a Matrix moment - has anyone else had the same experience?

I assume this was a red pill or blue pill moment. Now you can never go back.
